The elephant man before the turn of the century was regarded as a freak and a sideshow act, but had a certain cache with British nobility.
There must be more modern ones, but I haven't heard of them personally.

jon bon jovis head is excessively large,i stood next to him whilst singing at wembley a few years back ,when i shouted out how large his head was he almost lost the plot ,put him off his song anyway,so he must realise how big it is too!

my friend's son has the biggest head that I have ever seen in my life. he is only 10 and his head size is 8... hope it doesn't keep growing with age!
