Morning sickness is just what it's called, "Morning sickness" can happen at anytime of the day, for most it's during the morning but, not all and yes you can have morning sickness in the first week but, all she have to do is go to the drug store and buy a kit for $9.99 and find out for sure if she is with child.
But, just remember this if she is not pregnant this time tell your friend to use protection next time because as easy as it is to get knocked up it's just as easy to contract S.T.D's
S= Sexually
T= Transmitted
D= Disease
Good Luck and take care of yourself and each other....

This may be hard to believe but I have a friend who always knows when she is pregnant the day after having sex - She has had 4 pregnancies and has always known straight away and feels sick within a few days.
Personally I knew exactly when I was pregnant as I had IVF but didnt feel anything until 6 weeks when I was driving home from work at night the roads were fairly empty I had my window up and air vents in the car closed but I could smell paint - I had no idea why this was until I got about a kilometer up the road and saw people paining lines on the road! At 8 weeks the vomitting started.
Everyone is different - if your friend is only feeling off in the morning it is possible she could be pregnant.

No you don't usually get any sickness and the like until around 6 weeks ( which is about 2 weeks after your period was due) She could have a bug and if she doesn't want to get a STD or a baby then she should wear protection when having sex.

Yes!!! I went to a fertility clinic to get pregnant & felt sick the same day...everyone thought I was crazy, but guess what...I am now 20 weeks along! I was dizzy the 2nd day & just didn't feel like myself....don't follow what books or other people say; every single pregnancy is different. :)

It is possible. Morning sickness is related to hormonal changes. For all of my pregnancies I had it as early as 2 weeks, and it continued until I actually gave birth.

it probably isn't morning sickness , that usually appears around 6 weeks and last til the end of the first trimester ( sometimes longer) but i highly doubt she has too worry yet when she is a week late on her period and still has these feelings then get it checked , but til then wait it out !!

No its not possible. If she is living an unhealthy or unsafe lifestyle she probably should have a full check up from the doctor including an HIV test.

No, I know we would all like to think that pregnancy symptoms come early...but chances are the egg has yet to implant!
