It is under sharia law. In Iran, little girls who are raped are charged with "crimes against chastity" and are summarily stones or hanged. Ive seen the pictures of both. They have strict guidelines on the size of rocks, so that it will not put her to death too quickly, but do the trick after a sufficient amount of suffering. In hanging, ive seen them use cranes to lift the girls into the air for a public execution. that will teach those girls not to be raped.

Someone performing rape on another person is doing an unwanted sexual act. Here in Canada, it's one of the the worst crime, right next to torture and homicide.
