Is it like affirmative action for companies to have to hire that one MISERABLE coworker who has no sense of?

humor and that noone likes. Every office I've ever worked in has had at least one of these miserable people and I seem to be the only one that ever tries to break through their prickly poisonous outer shell. Why do mean people stink so bad?

I have experienced that at every job I have ever worked.I usally tell people like that "if you are so miserable at this job,go work some where else so you dont make the rest of us miserable".Keep asking them questions why they are like that..,
1.do you have any happy days
2.is there something you appreciate in life besides bitching
3.does your miserable mood come natural or do you have to work at it
4.and of course,it sucks to be you
5.have you ever thanked anyone for anything
6.can you find something positve at this job
7.where ever you go,there you are

Just try to insure that you are not that coworker and ignore them as much as possible. In 58 years I have never worked in a place that had 100% likable people. The key is to have lots of friends who do not work there and to keep your work life in a compartment of it's own. You give up x numbers of hours a week to pay for your real life. Do not try to have a life at work.

Thats at companies with the aid of numbers. on the different end is that small employer proprietors who hearth blacks can get sued for firing a black individual. so they do no longer hire black human beings. they might't have sufficient funds it. consequently: 50% black teenage unemployment.
