the skirt is slightly flaired, just below the knees and the dots are about 2cm in diameter. should i shorten it to above the knees? (:

That skirt sounds so adorable.I would leave it the way that it is .I think that at the knee is perfect for the style of skirt that it is. you don't want to go and shorten the skirt.What if you mess it up.

I'm not a polkadot fan. Even though it's super trendy right now I don't even own anything with polkadots, just not my style. So I don't know what to think of your skirt.

A white blouse will be gorgeous, something classic or retro will be quite cool... pass for white. And for shoes, i in my opinion imagine black gladiator sandals would supply it an fairly neat contact.
