It's one of the Captiol chain of hotels. It's mentioned in the first paragraph in this link.

It was co-written by Anonymous one of their managers.

It's the St Martin's Lane Hotel, from what I heard.

I think is the Intercontinental. There is so many hotels that this book apply to every one of them.
