What is the ideal position of penis when wearing briefs. I heard that if it is not positioned properly then the penis is likely to be bent

In my opinion there are two facts to consider:
1 - the conventional positions;
The most part of men put the penis on the left (position for
straight guys) because penis on the right should mean "gay
guy". If you're able, the middle could be the best, but it's not a
very comfortable position.
2 - the way you feel more comfortable.

Anyway, I don't think the position in the brief can change the bend of the erect penis!

There isn't too many positions you can put your penis into briefs. Either up or down - best natural way would be let it hang down.
