Is strategic management a faculty of university?

It is usually a part of a faculty department in a university. For example, Strategy is taught by members of the Management Department at Duke's Fuqua School of Business. But it is taught by the BPP (Business and Public Policy) group at Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

In general, it will be taught in business schools, economic departments -- and possibly in public policy schools.
