Enter store, and try on the stuff just like any other item of clothing. Then bring purchases to cash register, pay for them. The register lady or man will put them in a bag, give it to you, and you may then leave the store with your new purchase.
Not too hard actually.

It's just like men buying their undies, or you buying your shaving items.
There is nothing to be ashamed about, it's perfectly normal to buy and wear these things!!
As for places, just go to your local mall and look under Women's Clothing...

If your a guy . GO into a nice lingerie store and pick out something you like to see her in. Go with what colours you like and what style get a matching set in the colour you prefer.
If your a woman. Same thing go into a store. Pick out what pleases you try things on makes sure they fit nicely and you feel sexy in them. have them flatter you in all the right spots.
And if your a young girl learning about what kind of bra. Well then the sales clerks can help there. They will come into the room with you and they can measure your chest and if your small get something that can add to your upper body. and if your top heavy. make sure you get good support . also make sure it feels comfortable on you. and pick something you like to see yourself in and that you feel sexy in.

many stores wont let you try thongs on, which i think is a great policy, so if you dont know how they fit you, try using one size larger that your regular underwear, nuy one and try it on, then you can go buy more if they fit, or buy the rest bigger or samller, for bras just try them on the store. it just underwear dont feel shy or anything.
