i am a tennant from moat housing now called moat homes, they have the worst customer service that i have ever experienced from a housing association, they dont get things fixed and they dont listen to the tenants,i have been waiting nearly a year for a sink to be fixed,
moat housing is now called moat homes. i read on the net that a man waited 2 months for his boiler to be fixed and he had a kid.

Ive heard of them, Im not a tenant though.
Go to the Local Government Ombudsman - assuming you were placed in teh housing by the Council.
