Depends on the nature of the object and the nature of the surface that it strikes; for example, if the falling object and landing surface are made of iron then the force of impact will be much greater then if the two were made of wood. Basically the question comes down to how fast the falling object is stopped--that's what actually determines the impulse.

A=acceleration due to gravity(9.81 m/s squared)
so the answer is, in Newtons is 362x9.81=3559.79N
