he and his friend who is one of the naughtiest kid in school decided to go steal an ipod but my brother was caught on tape cos he was the one taking it and his friend was standing somewhere else not seen.
then his friend took the ipod and sold it and got some money and they split it
noww they are in deep sh*t
and is in great risk of getting kicked out of school right now
his friend has such a good friend has been lying and saying that my brother borrowed money from him and stealing the ipod was a way to pay back
such a son of a b*tch
anyway tomorrows my mom
is going to go see the deputy principle
just see if there maybe some reasons or good stuff to say that would help him get in less problems and risk of getting kicked out
and yeaa my bro a great brother but just hanging out wiht the wrong friend. and his friend his really the one who borrows money from my bro

if he expresses true remorse, that's probably better than coming up with some lame excuse.

first kids dont just get up and start stealing there was signs but no one saw it, it sound as if your brother is a follower and needs a stern talking to he also need a mentor, how old is this kid? and how old are you? I am not here to judge but from the language you are using all you kids need parental guidance. I pray that the school will provide help rather than puting a bandate over the problem which can get a lot smeller in the future.

Stealing 4 laptops counts as a criminal. Commiting a criminal in spite of whilst and the place could be grounds for expulsion from the college gadget. It sucks that it got here approximately to him considering he looks like a first rate toddler, yet no he can't do something approximately it. he will only could wait, get a stable attorney if it finally leads to courtroom and beg and plead that he made a mistake. according to probability theyll be lenient considering he's taken into consideration one of these nicely rounded toddler!

One- your mom should make your brother severe ties with this "friend" until this whole thing is over.
Two- his past good record should be brought to the forefront.
three- a calm, rational, and persisitant parent gets much farther than an irrate, irrational, and abrasive parent.
four- Mom should suggest restitution and some sort of public service instead of a criminal charge.

Tell him to tell the truth!!!!!!!!
And get him away from the friends ask the head principle if he can pay back the ipod and work around the school as punishment get you mum to tell the principle that she thinks that he would go off the rails if he get expelled he needs to stay in school and they might think of another solution.
Hope all goes well

Sounds like he's hangin out with the wrong crowd. You should sit down with him and give him the so-called friends speech. If this guy was really his friend he wouldn't be lying to try and save his own @$$.

Your brother made a bad choice and should suffer the consequences. It is the only way he is going to learn right and wrong.

sounds like your mom needs to buck up and be a mom. she needs to set limits and monitor who he hangs with. if my oldest son would have done that he never would have seen that frien again. even if it meant home schooling him. good luck to you and your bro

Make your brother and his friend explain what their real intentions were. I cannot say that this would be easy, but it will do justice!
