Kay ya i'm a teenager and yes i do get blemishes. Its just recently its been getting really bad. I can deal with them(most of the time) its just when they turn red and leave behind red marks. What can I do to help reduce the redness?

hemhorroid cream - preparation H. No joke. The stuff works wonders. Just clean your face, put ice on the zit and then put a littel preparation H on it. It makes the redness and swelling go away.

Okay, yes I definitely agree with EVERYONE who say go see a dermatologist to get it figured out professionally!!!! Yes, it may be a bit expensive now, but treating it before it leaves permanent scarring is better in the long run. Now, for a quick "visual" fix - as in this will help cover it up, not clear it up- get some green foundation. Yes, I know that sounds weird, but as a performer trust me!!!! The green in the makeup cancells the redness out & then just apply a very light covering of normal foundation on top to conceal it!!!! I do stress light!!! Only enough to make the green disappear. Spread it out a bit away from the area in question to blend the foundation evenly with the rest of your skin so it should be invisible & only you will know that it is there!

Try Proactiv. It worked well for me and it got rid of the pimples and that pesky redness! Also, invest in a good foundation to even out your skin tone. Try Clinique. Only wear your make-up when going out and blend it in well. Follow the Proactiv directions closely and don't miss a day! I swear you'll see results. Good luck.

cocoa butter will help get red of the marks that are left behind but you may need to see a doctor or try different things to see what works best for you as to getting better skin.

You need to see a dermatologist so they can assess your skin and either supply you with the proper cleansers or give a prescription to help clear it up.
