Take a bath, wash every bit of you. No particular reason but it should take up at least half an hour. Then go and get realy dirty and follow up by taking another bath, be happy because you are keeping the toiletry companies busy and SOME people (not me)
in employment. when the second bath is taken and you are nice and clean get dirty again. (of course if you prefer a shower take that.)

They've got 19,000 free ebooks...so you're sure to find something to read in there.
And if reading isn't your thing...you could always spend the day removing unsightly body hair...once you get started with that, you'll be surprised how much you actually have.
