just give me a rough idea of power and responsibility of different level of government

Exceutive branch should be responsible for the day to day management of running the country and as such should be accountable to the people it purports to represent i.e. officials should be elected.

The legislative is responsible for good governance and legislates the rules & regulations that the govt. and all citizens should abide. This body should have duly elected officials accountable to the people and working in accordance with the will of the people it purports to represent.

The judciary is responsible for interpretaign and application of the body of rules and regulations that the citizens and all other entities should abide, as enacted by the legislative. This body should be impartial and objective to the political process to ensure consistency and maitenance of rule of law.
