Neighbors as in from your neighborhood or neighbors as in everyone? I can almost get along with everyone there was one case when I hated someone. But that rarely happens for me.

No.....I like some the kids around herein my neighborhood. I have issues with love thy neighbor. I'm not going to lie I do. I love many people but some it's harder to love.

I hate my neighbor. He's a dirty old man that sits on his balcony all day and all night watching me. If i dare pull the curtain i see him staring at me. It's really creepy.

To tell the truth, I hate my neighbors, they hate on us because basically we live better off than they do. Oh well, who cares. I hate them.
