i have a nokia 6230i phone, how can i put pictues a video clips onto the compter to send them by email. ?

I think you are asking how to get a video clip from your phone to your computer.
The answer is that you will have to email it to yourself from the phone. The phone has the option to send pictures and videos. You can send these things to an email address - not just another phone number. It is easiest if you enter your email address in your contact list, then you can just pick it out of the contact list to send things to yourself, or someone else.
