Can you use messenger on your PDA from anyplace?

If its a PDA phone, then you can use it anywhere that you have service. If its a regular PDA, then you need to have Wifi access to use it.

In other words, you need to be somewhere there there is a public wireless network set up that you can connect to. If your in your car or something like that...you can't use it.

Yes, you can, so long as there is a compatible software for your PDA that works with MSN, and as long as your PDA is WiFi or Bluetooth enabled and is connected to the respective network with Internet access.
