hmmm her lawyer Howard is also like her best friend. Her son is suddently dead and yet the exact identity of the father remains unknown. Her son died mysteriously in her hospital room shortly after the child was born and was put on anti-depressents months prior to his death. hmmmm im no detective but i think you might be some what right. a+b=c

Even though her lawyer Howard claimed he is the father of her new baby girl there is still speculation that he could not be the father. Howard said he was but I have not heard Anna say anything regarding the parernity of the little girl.
As for her son, I have no idea what happened there and even if he did in some way commit suicide or something we probably wont ever hear the truth.

Well that question is pretty inappropriate and shouldn't even garner any responses BUT since you brought it up. I don't think he committed suicide as he had been ill for over a month, my guess is that there was a medical reason for his passing and it will eventually be found. On the flip side Howard K. Stern is the baby's father? I'm not sure I believe that since I thought he was gay. I think either a sperm donation from him and not real sex OR someone else is the father and she doesn't want to argue for custody. As much as I don't agree with her life style I truly do think she was a good mother to Daniel. I have no doubt she loved him and that his unfortunate death might make her rethink some of her life choices.

Okay, OMG pleeeze get a life. Do you really see Anna Nicole having sex with her son? NOOOOO! We also don't know that he killed himself...rumor monger...the lawyer really probably is the father of the baby.

Howard K Stern, her loser lawyer, said last nite on Larry King Live that he is in love with her and that he is the father. But I already had a feeling about that for a while now. I mean ever since she said she was pregnant.
i also have my own theory on who killed her son.

An incredibly somber Howard K. Stern appeared on Larry King Live tonight to speak about the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel. He confirmed some of the stuff already reported on and shed light on some new things.
According to Howard K. Stern:
He is the father of Anna Nicole's baby. He said that according to the timing of when she got pregnant, he knows he is the father and that Larry Burkhead is not. Howard also said he and Anna Nicole have been in a relationship for a very long time but wanted to keep it secret because he was her lawyer. He said they are in love. Hmmmm...
Anna Nicole named the baby Dannie-Lynn Hope.
Howard is willing to take a DNA test to prove he is the baby's father. He said he and Anna Nicole have told Larry Burkhead he is not the father and is also disgusted how Burkhead chose to deal with this through the media (aka: appearing on Entertainment Tonight) during such a difficult time for Anna Nicole.
At some point Howard and Anna Nicole will get married.
Anna Nicole did release the pictures of Daniel to the media so she could create the Daniel Wayne Smith Charitable foundation. She has not personally received any of the money and anything she gets will go to the charity.
No further word yet on the cause of Daniel's death.
Daniel was planning on moving to the Bahamas to live with Anna Nicole and also go to school there.
At one point in the hospital room during the night before his death, Daniel said to Howard, "How come I'm so tired?"
Daniel was not in a chair (as previously reported) when Anna Nicole found him and realized he wasn't breathing. He was lying next to her, having moved into the same bed in the middle of the night.
When they realized Daniel was gone, Anna was at the end of the bed, hugging his legs and praying to Jesus that he take her instead of Daniel.
Anna never screamed "you did this!" in the hospital room to anyone.
No blood and vomit was found in the room as reported.
They did have to sedate Anna as she refused to leave her son's side.
Daniel was previously hospitalized for a week for severe back pains and depression (not for his heart as previously reported).

No he is not the father, that is just sick how can you even think that.
And Daniel did not commit suicide, yes the were Anti-depressants in his system but it has been said there were not enough to contribute to his death.
My heart is with Anna and her family, Daniel will be greatly missed, this is such a tragedy.
Stop spreading rumours, R.I.P Daniel Smith.

Anna Nicole Smith's 20-year-old son died from a lethal combination of methadone and two antidepressant drugs, a U.S.-based pathologist who conducted a private autopsy said Wednesday.
Toxicology tests showed Daniel Smith had methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro in his system when he died Sept. 10 in a hospital room in the Bahamas where his former Playboy playmate mother was recuperating from giving birth to a daughter, according to Cyril Wecht.
"The fact that we have these drugs and the levels of the drugs overwhelmingly and most logically point to this being a tragic, accidental, drug-related death," Wecht told The Associated Press from his home in the Pittsburgh area.
Wecht said Smith apparently died from a "classical" combination of the drugs which had a lethal "cumulative effect on the central nervous system."
"Coroners working around the country, we see this in people taking two or three drugs or more," he said.
Smith had been reported to be suffering from depression in the weeks before he went to the Bahamas to visit his reality TV star mom and his newborn half-sister. Zoloft and Lexapro are antidepressants commonly prescribed for patients with anxiety and panic disorders.
Methadone, a pain-reliever, is also commonly used by people recovering from drug addictions.
"It is used for people who have been on heroin or morphine," Wecht said. "I have made those inquiries. I can only say to you no one has suggested anything having to do with drug addiction in this boy."
Wecht said he would share his results Thursday with the pathologist who conducted the official autopsy in the Bahamas, but did not know whether they would issue a joint report on the death.
In Nassau, Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez said he has not yet received official toxicology results, which will determine whether or not a jury inquest into the death is necessary.
Smith's body remained at a Bahamas funeral home hired by the family Wednesday.
Howard K. Stern, a lawyer for Anna Nicole Smith who was in the hospital room when Daniel died, told CNN's "Larry King Live" on Tuesday that he is the father of the 3-week-old baby girl, Dannie Lynn Hope.
