I would love to know when it is normal to be bloated during the month. Lately about 2 weeks after my period I start feeling bloated & have really bad nausea (so about every two weeks I think I pregnant then two weeks later I get my period right on time) Then during the week of my period I go through all the PMS symptoms again-the bloating, cramping, moodiness, back and headaches. Is this every two week PMS normal? Can someone please help? It's not like our periods aren't enough I have double the PMS!

Two weeks after your period you are ovulating. That's why you feel like that. I feel like that too, like my period affects me the whole month!!! Why didn't men get the periods? We get the period, which is pain and suffering. We then have to go through losing our virginity and is also pain and suffering. We get to give birth, more pain and suffering (even though it's a joy to have children). But you get my point, it's just not fair!!!!!!

I start bloating right after I ovulate and it doesn't go away until I'm 3 days into my period. And yes I always think I'm pregnant too. (I'm trying to conceive) So maybe we're normal. Look at all my past questions I swear I've always got reproduction on the brain. If I drink a lot of water all the time my PMS isn't quite as bad.

Yes, I feel bloated when on my period too. PMS symptoms to occur at times(though Im only 20). I tend to feel nausea, or break out in cold sweats, doing lil tasks. These happen more, when Im on a heavy cycle. Are you drinking alot of water during your period? Try doing that, drink more than you normally would. This has helped me, feel less sick to my stomach, and I seem to flush my system faster. That may be why your having headaches, lack of water. I take naps during the days of my cycle. I tend to feel less tired and moody when doing so.
If you ever feel as though something is not exactly right with your body during a cycle, call your doctor, ask if this is normal or if something is seriously wrong. It never hurts to ask. Hope this has helped you some. :-D

About two weeks later you're probably ovulating. That can cause symptoms like the one you're describing, too. Also could be a cyst, fibroids, etc.
