You will miss your periods. If you dont get it even after 38-40 days from your last menstrual periods (LMP), then go for a home pregnancy test. This is a small card that is available with pharmacists. Do it with the first urine in the morning. This test will detect a particular hormone that is produced in the body in pregnancy. If this test is positive, then consult a gynec. All the best.

You can get the new EPT test that can test you as early as five days before your missed period. Other than that, I didn't have very many signs because I didn't have morning sickness.

if it is really early, not much! but if your a 2-3 weeks in you will be very tired, want to sleep all the time. Nausea, breast tenderness and excessive urination.

hay if u pregant then ur period will be stop. U feel diff.. u like new thinks. u want to eat some thing new .

missed period or light/shortend period,fatigue, nausea/ vomiting, head aches, dizziness, cramping sore breast but the only way to know 4 sure is to take a test

No period....moodyness....tenderness in the stomach area....tenderness in the breast....if you think that YOU are go pee on a stick and when it sez you are Preg....Don't Stop at Go, GO see the doctor ASAP.
