Why is sex more important to men than women, but, intimacy is more important to women than men??

of course these areas should be on equal grounds, but the modern woman is not like the traditional female. The male has not changed his aggressive and dominating attitude, and women do have an equal part socially and the women's movement has turned a lot of heads and stirred a lot of unresolved conflicts. Once it was said that the Women's Lib was from the expressions of some lesbians and feeling still aggravates the scene. We are no longer living in a Gregorian society and most households now need two paychecks. Trying to rub the sensitive part of a males societal part is only causing a reverberation. The Male's need for sex isn't always on the intimate side of things, then the female declares a war when her intimacy isn't satisfied. This raises a big question; Do women need men more than men need women? Maybe a little research in honesty would find a need equal!

There really is something to that old expression about 'sowing your oats'. Men, not being led by emotion but testosterone, have this natural desire to mate, for the purpose of production. Women, led by estrogen, have a more emotional desire to be connected with her mate.
Of course, you can always look at it like God made woman have this craving, just because if we were in our right mind - we certainly would have a far more difficult time accepting men as they are lol.
But however you choose to see it - the base reason is that is the difference between men and women. Men are visual creatures, what they see...what they feel physically tends to rule their actions. Women are the opposite. Most have a desire to be cared for, sheltered, have a desire for that very close connection that intercourse offers.
Its a deeper need for women than it is for men. For most men its instant physical gratification.
Not saying any of this is bad or whatnot, but men and women do operate in a different way. It is hormonal, it does have to do with male/female mentality. It's simply how we were created, and/or what we have evolved into.

We affiliate sex with love, and alot of men don't.
It seems like alot men show love by taking one woman and providing for her, being there to support her emotionally, building a family with, etc, and sex just so happens to come with that deal. This same man can go out and sleep with different women, and not see anything wrong with it because "he doesn't LOVE those women".
While most women are like, if you love me you wouldn't sleep with anyone else. And that in most cases will break a relationship regardless of what has been established together.

I don't think men realize that it is a whole different experience and headspace for women...someone is in your body...no one is ever in a mans body...so women need that intimacy to feel that they are not just being violated...
