b) the pulmonary vein carries oxygenated blood in mammals but only partly oxygenated blood in lizards.
c) blood in the aorta of a lizard has a higher oxygen concentration than blood in the pulmonary vein.
d) the difference between the oxygen concentration in arterial blood and venous blood would be greater in mammals than in lizards.
