I loved buttons M answer.......however to keep from going to jail I would try a psychological approach to it. If I knew that he still had a sensitive spot in his heart I would hit it. Heres how you do it.......If you knew he kissed another woman without a shadow of a doubt I would then conceal that secret and never let him know you know about it. Treat him like a king. Give him a back scratch when he comes home from work, rub his feet, be fixed up all pretty, cook him a big dinner and ask him how his day was and listen very carefully to him and let him know hes interesting and have intercourse with him and try very hard not to argue about anything with him...let him be right about everything. Tell him that you are suddenly changing because you realized what a good man he is and you want him to know how much you appreciate him. Continue to do this for about two weeks straight. He will be so ridden with guilt he will not be able to sleep and not be able live happily and those two weeks will be miserable knowing how wrong he did you. Then after a few weeks of that. I would take off from work one day.....help your husband off to work himself and leave a note and clean out my closet and get the $%@ out of there stop by his work slash his tires, give his clothes away to the local free will, and run up one of his credit cards and shop all day long and take you a nice trip on his expense and never come back..............He paid in the long run....for it! Because of all the sweet treatment he won't know what hit him till its to late.

I would pack his stuff right then and there and tell him to get out and go be with her. I feel if he is kissing her and is attracted to her it will lead to more so why take the chance of letting him give you a STD when you can stop it before it happens.. I cant and wont deal with cheaters..

If it was just an ordinary kiss and nothing more mutual followed then there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with that..
But you must tell him you didn't like it and that you wouldn't want it to happen again..
Then be on the look out,,, if he does it again.. then have a head on confrontation with him..
Make him realize you do not want anymore of it if he wants your relationship to last..
If he won't stop,, then be prepared to file charges against both of them for infidelity.

I don't have a husband :) but maybe it was just something he needed to get out of his system and now he can be over it. Definitely talk to him about it to find out that it was a one time thing and let him know its not to happen again though.

I'd tell him to get out and if he wouldn't then i'd leave myself and go stay with a family member or a friend. Then i'd file for divorce. I wouldn't stick around with this man b/c if he kissed her and is attracted to her its hard to tell what else he has done with her. I'd tell him hes getting what he wants. Then i'd find me a guy friend that i like and i'd get to know him better and i'd see where it would go from there. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.

IS KISSING CHEATING? U KNOW WHAT INSTEAD OF SPOLING UR RELATIONSHIP FOR A KISS THANK GOD THAT HE DIDNT TAKE IT THE STEP FURTHER. IF HE COULD KISS WHO KNOWS WHAT HE COULD HAVE DONE? BUT NO HE STOPPED HIMSELF AND KEPT THAT TO HIMSELF SO U WOULD NT BE HURT.
TALK TO HIM BUT DONT ACCUSE HIM. HE WILL TELL U WHAT HAPPENED. IF U SHOUT AND SCREAM HE WILL WALK AWAY AND TAKE THAT LAST STEP CAUSE U PUSHED HIM.

Kiss his pet monkey. If you were kinder to his pet monkey he probably wouldn't be kissing other monkey petters. If his pet monkey gets out of its cage maybe it would be time to put it in a straight jacket to see if it were crazy. If so have him committed for playing with crazy monkeys.

Ask him why. Try to understand (at least at the start!) and DEFINITELY ask him how he'd feel if I did the same thing (man or woman!).
