Sounds like and Upper Respitory Infection to me. If you do not go to the doctors after being sick for more than 5 days with these types of symptoms you could be allowing permanent damage to your vocal cords and the branches in your lungs....

there might be a mass in your throat that is already impinging vital blood vessels to your head and chest. please see a doctor.
