I don't know I don't think sunbeds are good for you. Why don't you use tanning cream. It's perfect, put it on at bedtime and wake up with a really good tan. Just be careful how it is applied. Most of them have a sunscreen so I suppose you could try it out on the bed - get a double whammy as it were. Just don't sweat and let it all run off!!! lol

Sunbed creams are different from suntan lotion you use on the beach etc... speak to the person in the salon, they will advise you. It goes on skin types etc... steer clear of the 'hot' ones though, they just make you red and it fades after a few hours.

Suntanning is a horrible habit. The only time I would ever advocate it is if you are going on vacation to a place where you are likely to get sunburnt and so you want to get a baseline tan so that you don't burn.
They sell creams at tanning salons. If you don't want to spend the money they usually have something you can use for free.
