I don't work but I know my hubbies ritual routine off to a tee,
he always has the alarm set for 15 mins later than it is, jumps out of bed when the next alarm goes, goes to the bathroom and does what a man has to do, has his wash and cleans his teeth, puts on his smellies so he pongs nice during the day, gets dressed and goes downstairs, put the kettle on, grabs a bowl of cereal and makes his flask up with coffee, sits and eats his breakfast while catching up on the news headlines, takes our dog out for her ablutions, comes back, washes his hands and has a second cup of coffee then he comes to kiss me goodbye and says how much he loves me, locks the door on his way out, gets into the car and off he goes to work, that's his hour alone each day and I never get up to join him because all men need some time alone each day don't they.

Routine is a must mate, I get up 10 mins before the alarm, put on a brew, dig out some biscuits, for me and the wife, we have a quiet few minnets over tea, disscuse what we have to do after work, i wash, clean teeth, take my vitamins and head out the door for the bus at five past six ,morning that is. The evening before i make the sandwiches and set the tea up,saves a lot of time in the morning, the alarm is set for five. "ROUTINE "rules are working life, roll on pension or lotto time.
