i havent drove it for awhile now because i have a new car n i go out this morning to start it up n the battery is dead... so i try to pop the hood and it wont open because the car runs on electric or something so yea serious answers plz what can i do?

The hood on that vehicle is cable operated. It does not require electric power to open. Either your cable is broken, or the latch is sticking. Try pushing down on the hood and then pulling the cable release again. You may need to have someone else pull the release and you sharply hit the hood with the palm of your hand.
When you get it open, you would want to grease the latch!
If the cable is broken, you may need to remove the grill to gain access to the latch!

Try jumper cables to the cigarette lighter attachment, just to open the hood?
