I LIKE THIS QUESTION...
I live in south East London and everyone looks like a CHAV...
Fake Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Prada - Its a joke.
Girls in London like fake tan and exts too, must be spreading!
HAVE SOME INDIVIDUALITY GIRLS!!!! Its like seeing mini versions of Coleen every time I walk out of my house.
They should take advice from say KATE MOSS (I can here you all cursing now)...
EVEN BETTER WEAR WHAT YOU FEEL COMFTABLE IN. Not what your pals are wearing. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

This happens a lot of places!!! Take 100 girls from ages 14-21 in any town and I bet only 10 of them have their own thing going on. I was reading along... blonde, tango, lip liner... and then size 8 or 10!? In my town size 1-5 is more like it. It's sad to see all the clones, but be glad you don't have to look at skin and bones, as well.

It's the simple fact that human beings always copy each other. Then when someone wants to be an individual and look different or act different then they are turned on and made to feel like an outcast. However where I live (Birmingham) I have not seen this fashion but maybe it is making it's way towards us. However I know that Big Brother is over but that was the same style that Aisleigh would wear. Have you noticed that these days the fashion is low cut tops rather then short mini skirts.

Yes they are! But there are a few different flavours here in Dublin.
1) Clones as you've described, where all clothing is label's but all fake too!
2) Clones as you've described but all labels are real
3) The tracksuit clones, with ponytails & babies by the age of 12. Their other choice of attire is pajama's which they wear to the shops, friends flats or chasing their kids off the mean streets.
4) The goths, of which I am seeing a revival
I blame Paris Hilton, the O.C, American tv in general & the rise in popularity of celeb magisines. (obviously not for the goths!) The worst is the cloned, shrieking accent, like y'know, whatever, oh mi god.

These little stick-thin clones with hair extensions, boob jobs, fluorescent spray-on tan and the very latest "must have" accessories are taking over the world. It isn't just in Liverpool, it's happening everywhere

Know what you mean I'm from Liverpool and all the girls seem to want to look like Paris Hilton for some reason.

No, its actually happening everywhere in most towns and cities in this country. Blame the media!
Its a shame that there is too much pressure for young teenage girls to grow-up too quickly and to dress and look a certain way to feel good about themselves and to fit in with their friends!

Well, girls are like clones everywhere, but here their appearance is different--here (I am in the midwestern US) they all are anorexically thin, have straightened, flat brown hair, wear tons of black eyeliner & squeal instead of talk. I feel this is a teenage thing--teen girls want desperately to "fit in" with the others. Hopefully as they turn into adults, they'll develop identities of their own and be proud of it!

Sounds like a lot of girls around here too (Torquay, Devon).
They usually get pregnant for the first time by 16 and spend the rest of their lives claiming every benefit going and getting fat. Every 3 or 4 years they'll get themselves banged up again just to make sure they never have to get a job and actually contribute to instead of taking from society.
