It depends on the seriousness of the problem...and if you keep too much problems inside you may not be able to take it anymore and just explode with anger...and if someone continues to bottle up the anger or problem then it can eventually lead to a disabled mental state.

nobody is perfect. either he or she made a mistake or he or she cannot find a solution to his or her work or other problems.

for the former, if he or she sins, he or she must confess it sooner or later in direct or indirect ways. making a sin is worse than not able to solve a problem not related to sins in certain ways.

if you really made a sin, no matter big or small, do make amends soon or heaven will catch up with you 1 day.

it is through my experience that no matter how one make excuses for the sins he or she made, heaven really and truly catches up with the person.

else, if it is a problem not related to sins in certain ways, then you might have just brushed yourself with luck. do find a colleague who can help you or who can introduce you to someone who might be able to help you.

good luck!

Yes, so far that's what I've heard. But I've done it. Not because I want to, but I can't really tell anyone without being nagged. Maybe it's because of my personality and mindset that I can handle doing that, but there has to be a threshold. So if you have the chance tell the person(s) you trust most.

Not if you resolve them. It is the ones that are unresolved, if they are big and never leave you that can become harmful. If you have any of those, just call a crisis worker or a psychologist and work them out. Otherwise, don't worry about it.
