confident and no. No in that highway pricing of varieties is already in operation in London. at the same time because it does generate gross sales, its objective is to minimize site visitors in important London. And it incredibly works. One reason it does artwork is that the accepted public transport community grow to be better previously the charge got here in. the priority I easily have with the government on highway pricing, is they don't seem to be going to speculate in public transport previously introducing highway pricing. Or quite, they are making an investment, yet not sufficient. i don't concepts being compelled of the line, as long as there's a first rate public transport gadget to apply. yet there isn't. to make certain that me to get from East Anglia to Manchester without utilizing, is composed of me flying (with a extensive fee to the ozone layer) or taking the dearer practice. And the practice provider is crap. So, confident, what the government is featuring is a thank you to earm greater money. that could be a shame, via fact it is working in London the place the money is recuperating public transport.

Well, without wanting to be too pragmatic, let's face it - speed limits are there for a reason. If you break them, there has to be *some* kind of penalty. I take it you're talking about speed cameras here, and they're quite a convenient way of getting cash out of those who choose to speed and providing some kind of incentive not to speed in the first place.
