Sorry my question was ambiguous. I totally and absolutely think we are no safer since then, and indeed a lot more in danger. The Iraq invasion and occupation is breeding MORE terrorists daily. That means you and me are all in danger. Thanks Mr. Bush. Cheers.

"Steve B". Are you laughing when you say all that? I hope so. There were NO WMD. None. Zero. Zippo. Zilch. All we (as a Spaniard I do take part blame in this) have done is create a vacuum for fundamentalism.

No No No. In the meantime thousands die and Palestine is a nightmare complete with the new wall, higher than the Berlin one. Thanks to Bush and poodle Blair et al we are all shamed. Ask the Australian Aborigines, still suffering, along with other native peoples what they think of this endless cycle of occupying other people's lands. Thanks for asking.

Of course we are safer. Would the world be better off today with Saddam still in charge? Of course not. Funny how today some people think that Saddam wasn't such a bad guy. And try to say that he didn't support terrorists. Of course he did. He was a terrorist himself. And it is quite amusing to me to hear the same senators that voted for the war, now act like it was a big mistake.
To back down now would be the big mistake. World Trade Center,1993, US Cole, and many other terrorists acts long before we were at war with the terrorists in Iraq. Our military being in Iraq takes up almost all of the terrorists time and energy that would be aimed elsewhere.

that is one a lot less u . s . that Al Qaeda can use as a recruiting mattress. Al Qaeda tousled horribly in Iraq with its marketing campaign of violence, a lot that Iraqi electorate who oftentimes detest the US were better prepared to artwork with us than them. So, per chance next time Al Qaeda hits us, we are going to easily take over yet another center jap u . s .. save rinsing and repeating and at last there is nowhere left for Al Qaeda to go.

How many terrorist attacks on US soil have there been since the war started? Taking the war to the enemy rather than allowing them to take it to you is warfare 101.
