it could help if you showed your picture.. but for soft and smooth skin you could use, aloe vera, take care of your body, exercise and watch what you eat, and develop a good personal hygiene, and good fashion sense, also develop a good personality.

well maybe u should consider some make up to highlight your cheekbones and your nose and look clearner and flawless maybe get hair lined up mustach pluck to perfection shape u will look much better try it
