you can eat fruits, vegetables, fish, (salmon is very good for you!), chicken, whole grains, (no white flour!), and drink a lot of water (they say eight glasses but try your best!) cut down on your sugar intake, (you can have it but in moderation! use honey as a substitute for things like tea and coffee!). you should also make sure you have breakfast when you get up in the morning. (some people think it's better to skip this meal but it's not!). let it be your biggest meal for the day. make sure you eat small snakes throughout the day in between meals. this will keep your metabolism working at a good rate all day. don't eat large portions. try not to eat past 8:00pm. (i say 8:00 instead of 7:00pm beacuase most folks are not able to stick to the 7:00pm cerfew. it's so early that people still snack before they go to bed!). make sure you try to squeeze in some excerise. it's very vital. try to buy a good facial wash, toner, facial cream, and eye cream. it's imprortant to put the right products on your face. (i use aloette. you can purchase their products on www.aloette.com or the shopping channel). some say it doesn't matter if you use anything on your face or what you use on your face. that's not true! they're also the one's who look they could use a good facial! keep your wardrobe up to date but basic enough that it can take you different places and maybe even into the next season or year.
