As the property owner, you are within your rights to have the vehicle towed. Your friend will have to pay the towing fee to get it back. If he is really your friend, you might want to rent a parking space for him (pay the first month) and pay to have the vehicle towed there. That way you did him a favor instead of putting him out and there shouldn't be any hard feelings.

While he's asleep in it, superglue all the windows and doors shut, then call a tow truck.....
Seriously though, call the police, and get them to sort it, but be careful that he doesn't do anything to you or your property to retaliate, some sort of amicable solution is better for your security and safety.....

Tell him that you don't want him to stay, and tell him that if he doesn't leave that you will call the police and report trespassing. Then if he doesn't leave, follow through with what you said and call the police!

the old saying ' with friends like you, who needs enemies' applies here, call the law, explain the situation to them, and they should take care of it, I suspect you will also need a restraining order on your 'friend' as well
