Look back at what his father the late, great Vince McMahon Sr. did. I would fire the script writers, and most of the organization. I would keep the wrestlers and keep the training places open proably. Then I would build from the ground up doing like his father did. Go back to the wrestling mostly. Go back to the old Good guy/Bad guy. Remember how WCW still had the ratings. They had Turner running it doing good guy/bad guy matches. They ended up PASSING WWF in the ratings. Took a little while but they were able to do it. So I would look at what his father did and what Turner did. I would take the best of those things and start my organization again with that in mind. Oh and alot of the stars now might just see their jobs falling back to jobber. I would have people EARN respect. Give them a few years before I let them become the big stars.
Oh and another thing his father did was make the guys be WRESTLERS. Alot of people don't remember Hogan was FIRED by the WWF when Vince Sr. ran it. Hogan wanted to be in Rocky, I believe it was part three, and Vince Sr. told Hogan he can be a Wrestler or he could be an Actor. When Hogan went to Hollywood Vince Sr. told him he was fired.

Getting rid of most of the divas. Hire talented ones that have been training and wanting to go into the big time for the past how many years. Sack many useless 'entertainers'. Get Vince to act like a actual chairman by letting him sit in his office and make sure he doesnt get involved in wrestling at any time or any storylines. Getting rid of Shane aswell or atleast let him be alone while wrestling and not involving the Spirit Squad or his dad. Sack the Spirit Squad definitely. Fire the creative team harshley and get some talented people that can make something and that they wont say, lets do last years storyline, those watchers wont notice. Make sure that not everything evolves around money in the WWE, that means, not involving Eddie Guerrero or Vicki in the storylines at all. That is all i can think of, great question. Have a nice day.

I would first of all find a real GM for Raw. I would bring back all of DX, and would consider reforming the NWO. This alone would help raise the fans interest in WWE. I would bring in those that Vince has had issues with in the past, and move forward and leave their bad history in the past. Most definitely bring back the hardcore title. Somehow, I would see about allowing the wrestlers to float between Raw, Smackdown, and ECW. This way always bringing in a new twist to each show. I would make a tournament to crown new tag team champions. (Five guys dressed as male cheerleaders being the tag team champs, I could possibly go with the outfits, but five guys as the tag team champs, too much for me.) Lastly, I would work on making a huge once a year pay per view with the other wrestling organizations, WWE,TNA,ROH,etc.

Honestly.......

Bring in more trained women wrestlers even the girls at the pub I live near can brawl and out catfight the divas in the wwe with one hand behind their back.

Retire some of the really old guys

Give Edge much better opponents to wrestle than John Cena
there are alot of guys who deserve a push

Can we have some clean wins without somebody winnning by
nastiness interference from the back or dirty tricks?!

If I were Vince McMahon, I'd book myself as the center of the most important angle in the company in order to stroke my own ego. Also, I'd sleep with as many of the divas as I possibly could.

So I guess that means I wouldn't change anything at all.

I'd stop all the storylines that go for more than 3 weeks ie chavo/rey & edge/cena.
Instead of having raw & smackdown, I'd have just one show on twice a week so you'd get a chance to see some matches between stars who don't normally team up.
Also I'd overhaul the women's division & have them as wrestlers rather than just T&A & lastly I'd promote wrestlers who could actually wrestle eg Shelton, Flair, Hardyz - it gets old watching ppl like Booker blatantly cheat.

First I would stop inserting myself and my family into the storylines and concentrate on putting on a good product. Then I wouls do some unexpected things like turn Shawn Michaels fully heel and Triple H fully face long term, give Carlito a face vs face WWE title feud with Cena, hire women who can actually wrestle and revive the Women's division, and unify the U.S. and I.C. titles and make it universal.

Strip Cena of the belt and fire him
Destroy spinner belt and ban all such designs
Disband D/x and Spirit Squad
Strip Spirit Squad of tag team belts
Kill the Eddie Guerreo skits
Give under rated wrestlers a better push
Come up with more tag teams

I couldn't be Vince because HE is the reason WWE is the way it is. The "giving the people what they want" line is getting old, as if storylines revolving around dead wrestlers, necrophilia (fans of Kane will know what I'm talking about), thrown liquids and racism (HHH and Booker T) are what people WANT.
