how can i move to canada, get health care, but remain a u.s.a. citezen?

Can't be done. Either stay in the US -- or legally imigrate to Canada and renounce your American citizenshlip. You can't have it both ways.

do the math.....the Canadian dollar is worth 3/4 of the American dollar so if you take a job in Canada you are going to take a 25 percent pay cut...in the united states if you earn 9 dollars per hour; well lets see 25% of 9 is $2.25 times 160 hours per month equals $360. for 360 per month you are covered 100% even if you go to the emergency room for a sniffle!!! buy a reasonable policy for $125....invest 200 per month and you will end up being rich. god i am good...ouch! my shoulder from patting myself on the back

Sorry you can't.
You have to choose, as I did, to either live in a civilized country, or keep your american citizenship.
I, of course, renounced my US citizenship at the earliest opportunity. Trust me, I won't be going back...

Why stay American. If you want to move to canukistan move there and become one.
