According to the classic rule, a storyboard should be illlustrated column-wise.

On the extreme left side of the page write the frame no. Then draw the frame, write the duration of that particular shot. Then beside it draw two colums - in one write the visual description and on the other one describe the audio. The audio column can have sud-sections, like - dialogs, effects, music etc.

Storyboards are a visual presentation of your production they can include but are not limited to; camera angles, actor blocking, script, effects, technicale ques. and anything which helps describe your production in a visual manner
