Cut out all but 5 grams of sugar per serving, higher protiens, and longer walks. Sugar is everywhere, I would check the labels for that more than I would for carbs or calories.
I had the gastric bypass surgery. And that is exactly what is recommended. Low sugar, higher protien. But you also need from all food groups, just balance it out. If your body craves something, eat it. And EXERCISE!! Muscle build up burns fat. But be careful because muscle mass weights more than fat. Get rid of the scale and get a tape measure. Measure the loss of your waist is more gratifying than stepping on the scale having it tell you the same thing when you know better. BEST OF LUCK!!

You need to understand why you over eat. One diet plan would be enough if you could control your compulsion. It's a sickness, and needs expert help. See if you can get a referral to a dietician, and a counselor to find out WHY you over-eat.

maybe you shoud enrol(e) a medical group, which supports you, whith other members who have the same problem.
drink a lot of water, and you have less the sensation to be hungry.
if you want to eat, make sport or make something you like: seeing friends, going to the movies....
do not private you too much and prefer fruits and vegetables: you can eat a lot, and you are less hungry whith these aliments
have a good day

This is what I would do if I had that problem. Catch a Carp Fish, eat the belly area meat raw. Hopefully you will get a tapeworm. You will loose pounds and later if you wish, you can kill the worm.

I hear there are some (GNC is one brand) nutritional supplements out there that will help you to curb your appetite, but you do have to exercise as well when trying to lose weight. Good luck...speaking of which, I need to get off my own butt and exercise, I haven't in 3 days!
