I've made several tests and got nothing on the email adress I provided. is there something other than providing the email adress to make it work?

You have to fix the code up a little. The url for your form is"http:[SITE_CODE].webhosting.yahoo.com/forms?..." there should be a 'www' in there. Even though your code is generated by PageBuilder, you can still edit it further by hand. Here is a good tutorial explaining the basics of hand-coding on your home computer...

While you are in there, you might want to change the title of your site from 'Page Title'.
