These emails are from share scammers. They buy unlisted shares for ,3 pence, then they send out loads of emails, hoping to get the recipients to buy them,there-by pushing the price up,then they sell out,& the share price drops down to next to nothing. They get eneough people falling for it & they make a fortune.Ps.the share price is not exactly 3p but very low,i'm sure you understand.

This is called spam email.
you cant stop it unfortunately, but what you can do is set up an obscure email address, then ensure that you dont use it anywhere like forums (and on here).
what the spammers do, is:
1) trawl the internet lifting email addresses form pages
2) try anything@domain.com (ie, mail@yahoo.com, mailing@yahoo.com)
there is nothing you can do to stop it, but dont ever click on the un subscribe link. this tells them that thye have a real email address, which they then sell. You can get many software programs called spam busters, these examine the headers (sender and recipient info of an email) and can determine whether the email is from a spoof address or not, though this is not 100% fool proof, and it can even take out legitimate mail
Spam is a major problem, and for the time being, there isnt much we can do about it
And yes, i get over 100 spam mail a day

I have had these come into my box, and they are a scam-I have a very strict policy with my email- if I don't know who the email is from or if there isn't something relevant in the subject line- I do NOT open it! If I have something for sale like say on Ebay or something, and it says, inquiry about --whatever--- then I would open it more than likely. But if I don't know them, I don't open. You can mark as spam, but if you have a website or anything like that they seem to just flow in, I don't know if they can be permanently stopped.

It's spam from scammers. Just make sure you always mark these emails as spam/junk when they come through, then your email provider automatically removes spam for you it will be able to identify spam more quickly in the future.
You can't really stop it, but you can get pretty good spam removing software attached to antivirus programs, or things like spamassasin etc.

They are the newest form of SPAM. The story helps the email get through SPAM blocking programs. Unfortunately they are a part of on-line life.
The best you can do is to just delete any e-mail you get from someone you don't know.

I get them all the time. Make sure your friends/ people you want to hear from email addresses are in your inbox and then change your spam filter to high. That should lower the amount you receive

Set your e mail preferences to "only people you know" this will eliminate most advertising e mails. Also delete any e mail address or screen name you don"t know. Don't even open them out of curiosity.By your question I see you waste your time to open them and read the screwy scams, just delete them when you see them! They are not worth reading.

yep this is all the latest spam, fortunately my email has a spam checker, so very few actually get through. Try gmail or yahoo mail instead

I used to get these and found if you block each one as it comes in, eventually they stop. They tend not to have an unlimited number of addresses they use, there are just quite a lot.
