It will increase your size only if you do it 5 times a day for 5 years. However, your hand will get smaller.

This is unproven. But if you are in a growth stage (i.e. up to 18 or 21 years old) it is *possible* that your masterbation practice could affect your penis size. The theory has not so much to do with masterbation itself as it has to do with *erections* - and the intensity or power of those erections - no matter how they are achieved. When having a very intense erection, the penis fills with slightly more blood than normal. If the erections are very often and quite intense, it is possible that over time the chamber walls that fill with blood at the time of erection may be stretched slightly - from the inside out. So it might actually affect girth a bit more than length. But it would seem that this would not be as much a factor after normal growth spurts have stopped. . . . Even so, it is worth a try! If nothing else the process is enjoyable. . . . Perhaps a scientific study on this very question should be set up.

No. Medically speaking, nothing can increase the size of the penis except a penile transplant. Not very common because you have to be missing your penis first and then you get whatever is available. This was just done in asia and it had to be removed because of the couple's psychological problems pertaining to sexual intercourse.

No it will be same. Masturbation does not have any impact on penis size. Try to avoid it. It is a chronic habit and you will be addict even when you have your willing wife by your side.

Apart the above please note the following risk factors also. A study showed that a test group which only had intercourse had, as a whole, lower blood pressure in stressful situations than those who had intercourse but also had masturbated for one or more days (Brody, 2006).

Masturbation involving both a man and a woman can result in pregnancy only if semen contacts the vulva. Any masturbation with a partner can theoretically result in transmission of sexually transmitted disease by contact with bodily fluids, and such contact should be avoided with any partner whose disease status is uncertain.
A man whose penis has suffered "an invasive procedure, blunt trauma or injury during intercourse" may suffer later in life from Peyronie's disease. There is the rare event of penile fracture which may occur. Phimosis is "a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back". In these cases, overly aggressive manipulation of the penis can be problematic.

Masturbating prone (i.e. lying face downward) was responsible for serious sexual problems, including anorgasmia and erectile dysfunction, as suffered by four men he examined. He coined the term traumatic masturbatory syndrome to describe the effect.
Compulsive masturbation
Masturbating frequently presents no physical, mental or emotional risk in itself, but if such a frequency, e.g. several times a day, seems to have a "compulsive" quality to it, it may be that masturbation is being used either to relieve either boredom or stress. In either case, as with any "nervous habit" at any age, it is more useful to consider the causes of the boredom or of the stress, rather than try to repress the masturbation itself.

As with other addictions, there are lists of warning signs as to when sexual activity is reducing a person's ability to function well in the real world, or is placing them at risk for example of pursuing illegal or destructive activities. Very frequent and compulsive masturbation can be one of the signs of a sexual addiction, for which professional help may be advisable
