Can someone please help me asap, I am setting up my new laptop, I have A BT home hub, on my screen it is asking me to set up BT soft phone, any ideas?

It is a piece of software on your PC which will allow you to make BT Broadband Talk calls, video calls, Instant messaging and other popular communication methods using a headset or handset. hi. go to add & remove programs and look up bt applications open that then click on bt soft phone then uninstall.
