I'm just headed out to tear it up. Today is core day and 7 miles outside, sort of slow, but not slackin.

I run five miles in the morning, and I'll go to the gym later to work on my "guns"! Hahahahahaha.. I'm thinking of going for a swim later too...might as well enjoy the pool before the weather starts cooling down.

I'm going clubbing today and tommorrow. So my work-out would be dancing. I love to dance, I practise for at least an hour everyday. And when I go to clubs I end up dancing 4 hours straight take a 10 minute break and head back out to the floor. It's probaly not that great for me but it's what I do.

Easy day today, five miles cross country as fast as I can on the uneven fields (it ain't that bad) around some amazing English countryside after work...it is so pretty, I barely notice that I am running...

Tomorrow, hit the gym hard to loosen those limbs

I'll be in my gym soon. I workout a few times a week to keep toned. Maybe i'll have a swim too.

Legs today; squats, calf lifts, dead lifts, etc. I've been slacking in legs a little, so I plan on working myself hard today.
