These are urban myths. And I believe this is where they came from.
Black Men have large *****: White slave owners used to try and scare the white women folk by saying that the black male slaves had HUGE *****. This was supposed to scare the ladies with the fear of being torn inside out.
Asian men have little *****: This came around during one of the World Wars, after the good 'ol USA dropped MASSIVE condoms over differing parts of the Asian country....the inside packaging said "Size Small". This was to try and make the Asians feel like they must have tiny peckers compared to the well hung white men.
And the White man has a little dick: Cause the black man is huge. That one kinda backfired on us white guys....oh well.

It really depends upon who you ask. Yes, as some have said there are small, medium and large penises in any and every race. Some will insist that Black men have a slight advantage. (Others say that actually it has to do with selective breeding over many generations in a number of cultures. . . . If African, or Brazilian, or Italian, or Scandinavian cultures have been more promiscuous over many generations. Then larger penis sizes may be a result of that selective breeding that is more accepted in certain cultures.) . . . But if you are asking not just based on sight, but on *feel* there is one last theory that gives some Black men the advantage. It is the choice of sexual position. Of course any two partners from any culture could choose any position. But, at least one study showed that Black men *tend* to like and choose a "doggie" position more often than others. This mounting position from behind gives a deeper penetration than other sexual positions and may contribute to this perception in the mind of their partners that Black men have bigger penises because the same size penis will *feel* bigger when used in this "doggie position" as opposed to some other positions that don't penetrate as deeply. . . . So, it all depends upon who you ask.

I've heard this is not the case. In fact, I read somewhere that Finnish men are the best hung, and they are all white. Then again, any porn flick will have a bunch of black dudes that are hung like horses. I'm quite certain that women aren't interested in digs that big mind you. Women have their limits and there is a difference between fun and painful.

there is an overall average penis size (5 3/4 inches erect) that goes across all humans. It's average and it means there is no difference between races. besides race has so little bearing biologically that it could not logically affect something such as penis size.
and by the way, the smallest i've ever seen was well below average and belonged to a black man

I dated a Macedonian guy who's penis was sooo small it looked as if it nver grew from the age of 6!!!! My boyfriend is asian and he is bigger than some white guys Ive dated. The biggest Ive ever seen was on a little Italian guy! It was gigantic!

No, Kinsey conducted studies of this and found this to be a myth. The average between the races is about 1cm if that. If you believe pornographic films you will find that the information derived from this source is rather misleading and it gives a rather skewed and distorted view of anatomy.
