I agree paddy and Max style if everyone attack just one, oh the Joy. Speed cameras do not reduce accidence's overall! In some sites they have caused more crashes. The problem is not the camera but the drivers. More crashes more deaths caused by drink driving. This is what the police should be tackling.

The best way to eradicate speed camara's
IS By not speeding in the areas covered by them .
For speeding, you pay fines ,
the fine money , in turn pays, for the speeding camera's.
Now if everyone, observed the speed limits ==
No one would get fined !
And the county council ,
would then not be able, to afford the camera's,
and they would become redundant .
And just think, if every one observed the speed limits ,
how it would relieve the pressure on the emergency services
LESS SPEED! Less accidents ! and hopefully less fatalities , (dare i say, lower car insurance rates..)
HEY! HO! in the real world,!!!! reckless drivers abound
Please, just stick within the speed limits !

Stop speeding then there would be no need for them.
While you're at it might as well eradicate, seat belts, red lights, stop signs, Speed limit signs, driving licences and insurance. What the hek. Feel free to break the law and destroy someones life.

Well - - - - uh if everyone obeyed the posted speed limits then there would be no need for them. The dirty ugly secret about modern civilization is that EVERYTHING is illegal BUT - - - BUT you can pay a fine. You speed, you pay a fine. You have sex with someone, you pay a fine. You murder someone, you pay a fine. And guess what - - - everyone seems to be fine with that !
- - - PS I am quite certian that in gun happy America there are 'cures' for speed camera and guess what ??? If people do start 'bumping' off cameras, there will be a fine for that ....

Black spray paint over the lens, although a shot gun would be more fun.
Speed cameras don't improve road safety, just ask Top Gear on that one. If they were for safety then why isn't there one outside every single school in the UK. Anyone care to answer that one?

slow down! I hate people driving too fast. more limits should be brought down to 30 and more cameras should go up and the penalty should be higher. You obviously dont personally know anyone who has lost a loved one to the road. the cousin of my friend was killed when a driver going approx 60 on a 30 road swurved to miss another car and veered up on to the pavement - he was a pedestrian on a pvement and was killed!

C4 deals with them nicely. But for a quick cheap fix a can of black paint accross the lens, and douple-up by covering it with a shrub. Provides passing motorists a laugh too that way!!

Write your congressman. Either that or have everyone stop speeding, at which point they wouldn't make enough revenue to service the cameras.
