There are pills that are sold and pumps you can use.
The pills do not work at all while the pumps work by creating tiny tears in the tissue of your penis. This can cause permanant damage and is not reccomended.
In short (no pun intended) there is no safe way for you to do this. You should try being happy that you have one and that it works. Be nice to it, and it will be your friend for life.
