Really, what is with this alternating caps thing? Do these people not have anything better to do? Are we supposed to think it's cute or be impressed by it?

I have often thought about that too. It really irritates me. Surely it takes longer for them to type like that and it makes their typing more difficult to understand, so I can only assume that they do it to annoy people.
