My favorite desert is Death Valley not simply because of all the people who were able to cross and overcome it but for some of the things it has given up like borax as well-it is a testament to the inner strength of mankind and the will to survive...but I suppose that you meant dessert. It will be coming up in traditional demand shortly, it is pumpkin pie loaded with whipped cream. Happy holidays!

There is a small desert in Tabernas, in AlmerÃa (AndalucÃa, Spain) - it is my favourite 'cos it is closest to where I live. It's amazing to think there is a desert so close to home.
