Ive tried pluging it into my computer but the 'on the go' playlists dont come up. any help?

when its connected 'on the go' doesnt come up
and there is no clear to press after all the songs.
I have severel saved 'on the go's' that im trying to get rid off.

connect it to computer... in "my computer" select: tools/folder options/view "show hidden files" then open your ipod icon up.. in system is all your playlist files... delete them.... easy.....

If you are trying to delete the On The Go playlists from iTunes you can do that by going to the menu on the left side under playlists and right click which On The Go you want to delete and then left click on delete. If you want to delete On The Go from your iPod, that one is permanent so you can create a quick playlist on your iPod when you are away from your computer.

Scroll down through all the songs on the On the Go playlist and youll find a button that says clea. Press it.

go onto itunes when its conected and delte it by right clicking on the menu at the side
